Rochester Writing Hashtag #ROCWrite

RocNaNo is expanding into the Twitterverse!

From its very beginning this RocNaNo blog has publicized the writing of its members via Twitter, but in 2014 we’re making the effort to do more. We want to help all writers in the Rochester, NY area connect and share their work.

To this end we’re creating a new Twitter hashtag, #ROCWrite. Our Twitter account, @RocNaNo, will be watching that hashtag looking for tweets from area authors about their works in progress, published works, meetings/book-signings/etc., and other writing talk.

So, if you’re a local writer wanting to tweet about your work, add #ROCWrite to your tweet and help us find and share it.

I’m trying to force myself to get more involved in the twitterverse, so I’ll have to start using that one.
