1000-Words-A-Week Challenge – June 22, 2015 – Check in.

Another week, another 1000 words.

How did you do this week?

Remember, this is how it’s supposed to work: Pick something you want to write 1000 words a week about (school work, blogs, fiction, whatever) and find time to write those 1000 words. You can write it all at once or in several sittings. Whatever works for you.

Just write.

So… How’d you do this week? Going to join us for another week? Let everyone know in the comments.

And please, don’t be embarrassed if you didn’t manage to get your thousand words in this week. Life happens to us all.

Just write!

I managed somehow, just making it late last night. Today, I’ve written close to 1000 words working on a textbook chapter. Not as much fun as fiction…

  2. Well, I didn’t really try this week…combination of school wrapping up for the kids and being overwhelmed with editing work. I probably got close with all the editing comments I wrote up between the 2 manuscripts. Also, had to write an author bio for the Rochester Poets Group (I’m their featured Poet for the August 16th get together…woot!). But definitely not how I wanted my 1000 words reached this week. I don’t like “scatter-shot”.
